Performance Nutrition Coaching for Combat Sports
How it works
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with access to a detailed intake questionnaire. This allows us to collect the information needed about your training schedule, competition goals, weight history, current nutrition, hydration, supplementation and lifestyle.
Estimated completion time: 20–30 minutes.
Once the questionnaire is submitted, your information is reviewed and your personalised nutrition strategy is developed based on your individual needs and goals.
Your initial plan will be delivered within 2–3 business days.
Weekly Check-Ins & Adjustments
Coaching does not stop once your initial plan is delivered.
Every week, you will complete a short check-in questionnaire covering key areas such as training performance, recovery, body weight, hunger, energy levels, adherence, hydration and any challenges experienced during the week.
Your progress is then reviewed and, when necessary, small targeted adjustments are made to your nutrition strategy based on your response and current training demands.
This allows the plan to evolve alongside your training and progress, rather than remaining static for the entire coaching period.
The goal is to maintain progress, address problems early and keep your nutrition aligned with your current performance and competition goals.
Who this coaching is for
This coaching service is designed specifically for combat sports athletes, where nutrition can directly influence training quality, recovery, body composition, weight management and competition performance.
Combat sports: Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Grappling, Karate and other weight-category combat sports.
Suitable for recreational, amateur, competitive and professional athletes.
Combat sports present unique nutritional demands due to high-intensity training, repeated sessions, weight-category requirements, competition schedules and the need to recover while maintaining performance.
Depending on the athlete and sport, nutrition support may include daily fueling, training nutrition, recovery, hydration and electrolytes, supplementation, body composition management and fight-week preparation.
The nutrition approach is adapted to the individual athlete, their training demands and competition requirements, rather than using a generic sports nutrition plan.
