These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fight Fuel Nutrition website, digital products, nutrition coaching programs, educational content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. ABOUT FIGHT FUEL NUTRITION

Our Services are primarily designed for athletes, including combat-sport athletes and other physically active individuals.

2. EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SCOPE

Fight Fuel Nutrition provides sports nutrition and performance-support services within the appropriate professional scope of practice.

Information provided through our website, digital products, and coaching services is not intended to replace diagnosis, treatment, or medical care provided by a physician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Where an individual's circumstances require medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or specialist clinical nutrition care outside our professional scope, the individual may be advised to consult an appropriate healthcare professional before continuing or implementing certain recommendations.

Clients participating in personalised coaching are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the safe provision of nutrition services.

  • Previous or current injuries

  • Dietary restrictions

  • Relevant symptoms or health concerns

  • Training and competition demands

Fight Fuel Nutrition reserves the right to modify, pause, decline, or discontinue a coaching service where circumstances fall outside our professional scope or where appropriate medical clearance or specialist support is considered necessary.

4. ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING

Coaching services are delivered remotely and are personalised according to information provided by the client.

Depending on the program purchased, coaching may include:

  • Initial intake assessment

  • Personalised nutrition strategy

  • Meal and nutrient recommendations

  • Hydration recommendations

  • Supplement guidance

  • Training and competition nutrition strategies

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Adjustments based on progress, adherence, training demands, recovery, performance, and other relevant factors

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To receive appropriate coaching, clients are expected to:

  • Seek appropriate medical assistance where necessary

6. RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE

Sports nutrition can support training, recovery, body composition, health, and athletic performance. However, individual responses vary.

Results depend on numerous factors, including:

  • Sleep

  • Genetics and physiology

  • Competition demands

  • Lifestyle

  • Health status

  • Consistency

Therefore, Fight Fuel Nutrition does not guarantee specific outcomes, including a particular amount of weight loss or gain, competition result, body composition change, or performance improvement.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products may include:

  • Educational PDFs

  • Templates

  • Protocols

  • Other downloadable resources

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the material for your own personal purposes.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

8. PAYMENTS AND PRICING

Prices are displayed on the relevant product or service page and in the applicable currency.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Prices, products, and services may be changed or discontinued at any time. Changes will not retrospectively alter a completed purchase unless required by law.

Fight Fuel Nutrition reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or misuse of the Services.

10. COACHING CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Once personalised coaching has begun and work has been performed, eligibility for cancellation or reimbursement may depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

No provision of these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where supplements are discussed or recommended, recommendations are based on available scientific evidence, the information provided by the client, and the intended performance or nutritional purpose.

Clients remain responsible for checking supplement ingredients and informing Fight Fuel Nutrition of medications, medical conditions, allergies, previous adverse reactions, or other relevant circumstances.

Competitive athletes are also responsible for ensuring that products they use comply with the anti-doping rules applicable to their sport.

No supplement can be guaranteed to be completely free from contamination or prohibited substances unless appropriate independent testing and certification applies.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content provided through Fight Fuel Nutrition, including:

  • Guides

  • Nutrition resources

  • Written educational materials

  • Templates

  • Coaching documents

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Website content

is owned by or licensed to Fight Fuel Nutrition and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless written permission is provided, you may not:

  • Reproduce the materials

  • Redistribute them

  • Upload them publicly

  • Share purchased files with others

  • Resell them

  • Modify and resell them

  • Use them to create competing commercial products

  • Present them as your own work

Personal use of purchased materials is permitted according to the licence accompanying the product.
